Will future versions permit the quest for Life?

Recommended Posts

Sadly not... Since squad seems to think that we the players should decide the history of the planets in the kerbal system, so they stay away from life and keep the science very vague.

To me that makes science pretty much uselss as it is all the same vague biomes on any planet where you learn nothing interesting.

I want science/career mode to teach me more about the history of the solar system as well as having some rare hidden biomes like for example microbal life for us to find.

I agree with this 100%. I think it would be awesome if each new "game" randomized True/False for Life somewhere, and then you simply had to try to find it. Even learning more about the geology/formation of the planets would, as Boxman suggests, be interesting. To allow you to create a "book" on the system, with each game having a little different construction of the chapters. That would add to replay value.

And who knows? The "Easter Eggs" maybe should be randomized too, so that in some games there *is* nothing "weird" like that, so that when you Do find something anomalous, it *is* a remarkable story.

- Omitting further remarks about non-Kerbal Life per forum rules.
