G.I. Joe Night Raven

Since I restarted my game, I'm only doing vertical takeoff vehicles. My goal is to build a plane like the title says. Has anyone does this? If not, I challenge people to build one that can transport 5 or more tons to space. When I get home, I will post mine.

Being an 'old guy', I don't know what the G.I. Joe Night Raven is. Can you give us some more details, like performance/capability and of course some pictures!
