[Hopefully Planned] Space stations and docking

I was thinking that it would be cool if I could add parts to my rocket that when I got into orbit I could deploy them and they would act like orbital space stations. You could store extra fuel on it to re-fuel your rocket on long flights or conduct experiments. I was looking over the planned developments section and this wasn\'t there.

The docking element for the game was due to be implemented in the 0.16 update (I assume fuel transfer with it). However, the devs decided against implementing it for the moment as they would rather release it later and it be better than to release it earlier and it be a badly implemented , and potentially broken, feature , plus they had been working on it for quite a while and it was starting to get tedious so they took a break.
