Weird launch kraken attack

Can anyone explain what's going on here? I get to about 7km, there's a small "pfft" sound, and the camera falls behind the rocket. I can continue to fly it to orbit sight-unseen, and nothing appears to have come off. No events in the log, either.

It's a mod conflict. It happened to me a couple of times and I can assure it's caused by some mods you added in the last days, that conflict with some other ones. Remove the last mods you added and the problem will be solved.

Yeah, it looks like it's the Stock Bugfix Wheel-Fix that's doing it. Which, ironically, I added because this rocket is useless without it (since wheel brakes don't work at all without the bugfix).

I agree. And actually, the most useful thing for me to get started, is if you could post a log file. That will go a long way to helping me figure out which it's conflicting with. (And probably posted on my thread so I don't miss it. )
