Module: Animation before Engine ignition?

Hi.

I did a quick search without success regarding a module that would play an animation before activating an engine. Similar to the animated decoupler module but for engine ignition and shutdown. The idea would be to open a panel and have the engine deploy out of a satellite module.

Does this exist? Is it even doable? Is there an alternative for the same result?
