Reentry Heating not working as it should.

Hi all.

I'm running a modded install through ckan. On reentry, heat shield temperature is not getting above 30 degrees centigrade. This is on from an apoapsis of 132,000 to a periapses of around 30,000. Is this correct? It seems incredibly low? I would imagine there is a clash between a couple of mods I'm using, but cant find the source.

All the mods which i assume might be affecting it are :

FAR
Thermometer
Deadly Reentry Continued

Anyone know if there is a clash between these?
