Confused about Mining

Hi all. I just built a mining base in minmus north pole (90% ore cutoff). I landed an ISRU module, a x2 drill o matic mining excavator module and two tank modules.

Here's a nice screenshot of my awesome base of awesomeness

I have a two stars Engineer operating that excavators, Tested in kerbin base and worked good.

But, as you can see, when I try to start the surface harvester it says "nothing to harvest"

What am I doing wrong?

Polar area is known to have interpolation error on the map. What's the data that surface scanner shows?

you landed in a spot with no ore.

Use a narrow band scanner, drive around with the surface scanner... or modify your overlay .cfg file to reduce the interpolation level
