Part bugged out

Greetings,

I have a vessel with the (OPT Space Plane Parts) "j_4m_lab" part attached to it. It was working when I launched it into orbit yesterday. But, after loading into my savegame today, everytime when I try to do a rightclick on the part nothing would happen. I also can't rightclick any other parts of the Vessel after rightclicking the lab. Furthermore I did put 4 Kerbals into this part, wich were also showing up just fine after the launch. After loading the save today, they were gone too (No IVA cams on the bottom right).

Is there something I can do to save my kerbals, my science, MY SHIP?

(I tried loading an earlier quicksave, no luck)
