kOS guide?

I am a know-nothing when it comes to scripts and programming.

Can someone point me to a kOS-for-dummies guide? I am a hair's breadth from putting an Eve SSTO into orbit that is unlike any Eve SSTO before it and actually makes complex Eve missions possible in a single craft with no parts costs. The problem is, I need a very fine degree of piloting to do it and my keyboard tapping is not precise enough.
