Kerbal crashs at startup v1.0.4 with mods

Hi guys, I recently bought Kerbal and wanted to try out some mods. The problem is, that the game will not load to the main menu. One time it worked and it crashed after I built a rocket and wanted to test it at the launch area.

KSP: 1.0.4 32bit

Problem: Game crash at startup or ingame

Mods installed:

Astronimer's Pack - Clouds - High (Interstellar.V2)

Chatter v0.9.6

Environmental Visual Enhancements v7.4

Module Manager v2.6.8

TAC Life Support v0.11.1.20

TAC Life Support (TACLS) - stock config v0.11.1.20

I use the CKAN utility to install mods.

You're running out of memory:

Could not allocate memory: System out of memory!

Try using Active Texture Management or turning graphics down.

The strange thing here is that you're running out of memory at startup. Even if EVE and AP use a lot of memory, you should not crash before a few flights with only a few mods...

Strange thing is, that I tried everything out and it seems so that the game will more likely crash if I launch it via Steam. If I use CKAN it will work..
