Very Poor Customer Service From NetFlix https://youtu.be/X3y3u5-OfzM .Overcharging me for a year.Then only offering a 4 month Refund.I stood my ground managed to get a full refund.Absolutely Fuming over the customer service,trying to fob me off with a 4 month refund on 12 months of overcharging.Aparently its a common problem.
