I am proud to introduce the Concept Test 2 Spaceplane. We don\'t discuss Concept Test 1. (Although it is attached)

It can make it to the Mun, and should be able to land and come back. I have made it to Munar orbit, was low on fuel so returned to Kerbin.

Here is Concept Test 2:
