incorrect underwater lift for highspeed vehicles

there is no underwater lift when part moving with high speed (>50m/s) it's very unpleasantly to see

how plane moving with speed 73m/s with Mk3 to mk2 adapter that creates even lift in air on speed 120m/s,

but no lift in water on speed 73m/s, so plane can't take off from water.

p.s. underwater wings also would be useful for high speed water vehicles/waterplanes.
