1.0.5 fixed flaming rockets?

Wow. So I wake up with the news of 1.0.5, and will download it later. I scanned through the changelog looking for something very specific, and this line seems to fit the bill:

* AeroFX now tuned better (and more tunable), leading to mach effects down low without flaming rockets at mid-altitude

This is maybe THE thing that will make me throw 1.0.4 out the window in favour of 1.0.5. Am I the only one who always got bothered that rockets burst into flames in the mid-atmosphere? For reference, see this post from Kuzzter's excellent "Duna, Ore, Bust!" thread:

I have tried looking through the forum for a discussion on this topic but it seems I never knew how to put it into words. Thanks devs for reading my mind!
