Build a new orbital station around Kerbin. Im near Kerbin, but It didn't complete it.

Im trying to complete the contract - "Build a new orbital station around Kerbin", but the game got some problems with recognizing that I'am near Kerbin.

I got the newest version 1.05. Also I tried the distance from 90km and 500km, none of them worked.

I have build one orbital station next to Minmus for the contract and it did work.

This issue should be fixed as of the latest version. If it is not fixed for you, your save file would assist in tracking down the issue.

I'm having exactly the same problem on 1.0.5. - I built a new lab, parked it in 110km orbit and it never ticked off the "near Kerbin" condition of the contract.

I then decided to put the same lab down on the Mun for a second contract, and it doesn't recognise being "near the Mun"

You'll have to update to 1.0.5.1028 (the most recent). That will fix the issue.
