Error everytime I close the game

It doesn't matter how I exit. I can exit from the start menu by clicking quit, I can alt F4 from any scene/place, and it will give me the following popup:

I deleted my KSP folder and downloaded fresh for 1.0.5.1024

On first look, it says the fault module is d3d11.dll (directX11) it's possibly a bad system file on windows. Your output_log would help us figure out more. But for now, I would attempt to fix the install of your DirectX11 (Microsoft has the installation on their website) and post back your results.
