not enough data space?

every time i try to transfer research data from an atmospheric analysis device to a laboratory it says "not enough storage space". as far as i can tell, it needs 200 data space, a lab has 500 total space...and that's not enough?

before the recent update it would give me that message for several types of research, but it WOULD successfully add the data anyway, now "atmosphere analysis" simply won't work at all.

and i don't think putting 2 labs in one station would help.
