Is Kerbin sentient?

This is gonna sound weird, but one day when i was floating in high Kerbin space, i decided to begin insulting Kerbin. But suddenly, when i was caught up with my own slander, Kerbin pulled me in and killed me with reentry heating! As if it understood me.

What could this mean?

And if Kerbin is proven sentient, can it be taken to court for murder?

No, because if Kerbin was sentient and could understand you.....it would have spoken to you. You would either have heard a great big booming voice say "yeah? come get some atmospheric re-entry, sucka!", or if it couldn't talk, the planet would have rearranged the clouds below you to spell out the same thing.

The second one would be the worse way to go--falling right through clouds that are dissing you.

It bestows limitless resources to its spores so that they may spread its influence in the system. but if there are spores that appears to be mutated and incapable of completing their mission, kerbin will pull them back, absorb, and recycle them to not waste resources.

If Kerbin is indeed sentient, I would think that it (he, she) would have the good sense to not allow lawyers anywhere near it(him, her)self.
