It\'s not an umbilical launch pad. It\'s a simple stand that you can use to prop up your rocket. I put four of them around. it also allows an extremely heavy rocket to not have to rest on its engines. It can be seen in just about all of my videos of launches.

So it was YOU that did that sand/regolith digging experiment to debunk Jarrah White? Weird. Makes sense that you\'d play KSP I guess. I\'ve been lurking that Moon Hoax debate scene on Youtube for a while, thinking of doing a debunk video of my own.

Yes indeed! That was me. I\'ve been a fairly prominent figure of that debate on the pro-Apollo side for almost a year now. I don\'t have a wide audience, but the people that do watch my videos on Apollo are the main people in that debate. For example, I\'m personally good friends with Astrobrant2. I do miss proppagannis (KJK). He seems to have disappeared.

Yes. That was my original primary account. I now use unparallelshadows. I just felt like changing.

YIAAWJ has more videos related to debunking the hoax, but I have learned A LOT since then and I comment more extensively with better info on my unparallelshadows account.

Thanks! I do them when simply playing KSP is not enough. My favorite part of all the flights is the launch. The rest of it is just pretty routine orbital mechanics and fine piloting. A lot more relaxed.

So mix it up! Make things go wrong on purpose, dock with a space station, et al.

I sometimes do that stuff, but I prefer actually flying nominal missions. As for rendezvous, I don\'t think I\'ll do another rendezvous until docking comes out. I don\'t have the patience. I\'ve 'been there, done that' about 12 times.
