Minmus mega landing challenge

I’m not positive if someone’s already done this kind of thing and If it already exists, please tell me.

So for this challenge you are going to (stock (kerbal engineer is OK)) make a rocket or station flying in a low orbit of minmus or the mun (gilly would be too easy) that is capable of de-orbiting a kerbal from a single blast of its engines (one to cancel out firsts thrust. the orbit limits will be: maximum 40,000m and no minimum. I have a feeling that this is probably going to be pretty easy but also really fun :D If you pull it off, give me a screen shot or video please :D

ADDED BONUS: Rendezvous with your craft in EVA from the surface of your celestial body and board it. Now you can give yourself a pat on the back!
