Releasing of new versions should take into account career started in earlier versions

As every new version changes almost everything it is impossible to continue career with ships designed in earlier versions. Also, mods stops working with every new release.

Please consider fixing of bugs in minor version releases and commiting drastical changes into major version releases. Edited by fisfis
