Map view enhancements

In the map view:

- Include HUD to see how much fuel remains for current stage
- Include possibility to stage the rocket
- While modyfying maneuver show AP/PE/ASC/DESC values without need of moving mouse above these points
- If the view is switched to map view for the first time the nav should be visible. Otherwise the control over the ship can be lost very easily. Edited by fisfis
