Question about contract (extract ore)

So i have this contract: Extract 1,250 units of Ore from the Mun.

Im not clear if that has to be in one go, Would this work if i extract 300 units, convert it, re-fuel my orbitor, and repeat 5 times?

It looks like i could do that, but i dont want to go through all that effort if its wrong.

I'm pretty sure that works. You won't even have to process it, you can just "Jettison Content" on the Ore tank.
