Based off of Scaled Composite's exotic High Altitude, Long Endurance aircraft of the same name, Proteus is a surprisingly effective aircraft. Haven't fully explored the performance envelope yet, but she handles quite well (if a little fast on takeoff due to the too-far-aft main gear). Haven't slung anything under her, either, so expect some pics of that in the near future. :)
Requires MechJeb, SXT, TweakScale, and Adjustable Landing Gear.
