Scientist Crew turned tourist

So in my ship heading to Duna, two of the crew changed traits from scientist/pilot to Tourists. Im playing in science mode so I should not have tourists at all. Trying to editing them back to Crew and Scientist in the quicksave.cfg. Results in a yellow text that says Barnne Kerman refuses to work and she is changed back to tourists in the save files.

Ok, figured it out 3 seconds after I posted. It some sort of lifesupport mod turning them grouchy.

Was just about to say. USI lifesupport turns crew into tourists when they are out of food.
