What's with the new (old?) subforums in Plugin Development Help and Support

There's two new subforums in Plugin Development Help and Support, called Plugins For Addon Devs and Plugin Requests and Ideas, which used to not be there at all, but they seem like they're really old because all of the posts on there are from 0.14 and 0.15.

I would assume they wanted to organize things a little better. Splitting Part and Plugin requests also helps a request from being drowned by newer ones. As far as old topics being in there already, someone did a lot of work to put them there during the update.

These are actually very, very old forums that for some reason did not remain hidden during the update  Please stand by, I think they will be hidden again pretty soon.
