Toolbar mod icons

Hi all - can anyone help me with the toolbar icons for mods? I have two questions:

1 - I don't have very many mods, but there are enough icons (top right of screen) so that they cover up information from the KER HUD. Is there any way to move/remove these icons? Or choose whether you want them to be displayed in a particular scene (e.g. SPH, VAB) but not in others (e.g. in flight)?

 

2 - With KER, its icon is a blank white square (again, top right of screen). Is this just because it hasn't been fully updated for 1.05? Does anyone else experience this?

Edit - I downloaded the toolbar mod, assuming it would replace the existing toolbar. But it adds another toolbar (which is very nice - movable, resizable - but doesn't fix the problem with the stock toolbar)

Look at the settings of your mods. Some of them have the option of usinf Blizzy's toolbar instead. In the worst case you could move the HUD elements below the stock toolbar.
