Shaken to pieces!

So i've only noticed this since the recent update. But with some of my vessels after loading the previous save they start shaking, eventually violently breaking apart.

I've turned the SAS off, reset the trim and tried a few other odd things (redocking modules, looked for loose or clipped parts etc) but nothing seems to work. We're talking all sized ships, from small probes to stations.

The majority of the time there's no problem, but can't seem to find a part which is causing this (if that is the case...). 

Anyone else getting this?

Mods installed are Mechjeb, Station Science, KAS, Docking alignment and Planetary Base Inc

Usually this is due to two or more part clipping. Maybe they doesn't seems to clip, but their colliders maybe are. Can you post some pictures of these ships?
