I dont normally post stuff like this, generally because it has nothing to do with space physics or space flight, but when it comes to space conflict, like technologies might be appropriate. 

Though i have a problem with this, if a car can read my mind, suppose i see a rather attractive woman in an adjacent lane or walking down the sidewalk, does my car stroll over and flash its headlights and toot its horn?

I might be stepping on a landmine here... But I have no idea what you guys are talking about.

 

And now that I think about it, Neuro interface is horrible for any high stress situation. The brain function differently when it is in a safe situation comparing to when it is fighting for its life. A panicked driver might be dangerous when they're using their adrenaline pumped brain to drive.
