Minimum Rocket to get to Minmus

What is the smallest (stock, although MechJeb is allowed, and no cfg edits) rocket you can get to Minmus? The entries will be rated in two ways, which are weight and part total. Post a picture on the launch pad and of it on Minmus.

I belive you can use the same small rocket you use to get to the mun, to get to minimus.

Do you need to return?

I can get to minmus, land and return using only 7parts.

I suspect I can do it in 5 though.

The design is:

Aerospike

3 Fuel Tanks

and...

Mechanical Jeb, Pod Version 2.0 - the rules did say MechJeb was allowed.

The pod alone is usable as a command module, its mass is only 0.25 which reduces the vehicle mass by 0.75

Specific impulse for the Aerospike with the regular tanks is 6728,

Initial Mass is 10.25 (11.0 with the capsule)

Final Mass is 3.65 (4.4 With the capsule)

So the theoretical delta-v is 6947m/s

If I\'m forced to take a regular capsule the masses are 11 -> 4.4 giving a delta-v of 6164

So, over 700m/s extra delta-V makes a huge difference, even though MechJeb wastes fuel I still have 10% of a tank left after soft landing back on Kerbin.
