Kern Protection Failure

I keep getting kern protection failures during my launches. This is the data in the crash report. I'm on a newish macbook pro, running Yosemite. I have the most recent KSP build.

Is there a way to fix this. It's really annoying.

Hi there!

Just got across your post recently as it happens to me as well on random occasions. Also differs in time span. 

At first I've been frightened by Dr. Google fearing that internal overheating could cause such errors. But then I came across this site:
