Capsule restriction in contracts

So I figured I would put this here since it has to do with modded parts, even though I'm having an issue with the stock contracts.

Simply put, is there any way for the contracts configuration to restrict pods to stock pods only?  Namely I have had issues concerning rescue missions where the mission is to rescue both the kerbal and the pod they are in.  With additional mods the choices of pods is expanded and some that are considered a "pod" are not really appropriate to the contract.
