Cannot launch from Eve

I currently have the below mods installed and cannot figure out what is happening when I try to launch ANYTHING from EVE.  No matter what I land there it will not lift off more than half a meter than drift back down.  I have tried numerous designs, even basically a fuel tank with a probe core, an RTG, and a way overpowered engine.  I can land fine, but nothing lifts off at all.  I reinstalled KSP alltogether and still nothing.  Any ideas?  MechJeb shows TWR as over 5.0 on my last test design, and it wont budge.  Only landed due to parachutes as the engine stops producing any thrust at about 2,000 meters.

Landings and ascent on all other planetary bodies work as expected.  It's just EVE.  I know that they made some changes in 1.0 but I am reasonably sure what I am sending should be able to lift many times their own weight.  Prior to the reinstall I even manually adjusted the thrust and ISP of the terrier engine to about 10 times it's normal thrust and it couldnt lift the smallest fuel tank though it's TWR on Kerbin is something like 10.0/1.

Any and all advice would be appreciated.
