KSPI-E reactor power (bug or not??)

My reactor thermal power outputs are way lower than what's listed in either the thread or the wiki for interstellar. For instance, both say you can get 3 GW out of a a fission  reactor, but my 3.75 m molten salt reactor only produces 13 MW even with the upgraded techs and proper radiator setup. 

Should I be getting more power from my reactors?

I think you should add a consumer like a microwave rectenna. Without a consumer you don’t get the highest output displayed. Maybe this is the problem.
