Trying to find a mod to write on the side of rockets

I know for a fact that the mod exists. I used it at one point. Problem is that some time ago I had reinstalled KSP without backing up any of the mods (and I regularly clean out my downloads folder), so I don't have the mod, and both google and the forum search have proved entirely worthless in this particular endeavor.

And before someone says it, I'm neither looking for Kerbpaint or flag decals. The mod opened a GUI to allow the player to write text and it would appear on the selected part.
