Problem finishing satellite mission

So I launched my satellite into space and put it exactly where the mission I'm currently doing wants me to put it. Both the periapsis and apoapsis of my orbit and the orbit that my satellite should be in are within 200 meters of each other, which I would call insanely close. However, the mission doesn't finish. What am I doing wrong here? Check the screenshots below for my current situation.

The first thing to check is your orbit direction. If you mouse over the AN/DN nodes they should be close to 0°. If it's reading 180° you're perfectly aligned but going the wrong way around.

 

ETA- looks like the contact says inclination 180°. That's a retrograde orbit so if you launched to the east you'll definitely be going the wrong way.

I had no idea what inclination 180° meant. Thank you for clearing this up for me. I indeed launched into a prograde orbit.
