Orbital ISRU Exploding on Encounter

Recommended Posts

The problem is pretty simple. ISRUs that are on (and sometimes off) explode when you rendezvous with them and reach the 2.5km load point. The screen displays the message "Overheating - Shutting Down" and "Core overheated" and then there's an explosion.

The ISRU is appropriately cooled and will never explode if time warped, only when encountered.

Edit: Incorrect Player.log file uploaded, this is now the correct one. The event happens at [00:43:07].

Edit 2: seems identical to this issue: http://bugs.kerbalspaceprogram.com/issues/6522

Based on the log line:

[FlightIntegrator]: Vessel Asteroid Station has been unloaded 2703.70442020893, applying analytic temperature 8726.01564300336

Immediately followed by an explosion.

I'm having the same issue with an IRSU on a mining vessel sitting in Ike orbit. If I switch to it  before rendezvous it's glowing red hot but does not explode, only when it hits the point at which the game starts to draw it.

Currently running the Linux x64 build (1.0.5.1028)

This is what I get if i turn on infinite heat
