Reading disasters on Wikipedia

I originally was reading up on nuclear plants and Nasa missions to beef up my knowledge, but I veered off into reading about the disasters.

i.e. Apollo 1, 3 Mile Island, etc.

I must say, reading them was like some type of action thriller except real life and it made me feel smarter at the end.

They really were good reads, I\'d recommend it :D

Yeah after reading 3 Mile Island, it really came down to an incompetent crew.

There was a bit of a problem with warning lights and dials, but ultimately I feel it could have been avoided with a better crew.

The second shift, that came in 2 hours after the first issue, immediately realized what was going on while the first crew didn\'t have any idea because they read the lights wrong :l
