A mod thats lets you craft

So I made a base on the moon. But I don't want to send loads of rockets to the moon.

I've been looking for a mod that's lets you mine ore and let you build stuff out of that ore. But I  can't find any mods that do that specific thing... If by any chance you know a mod like this, please inform me!

Since you know the mod. How do you get parts out of the 3d printing machine? I'm really confused.

You need KIS. With KIS you can take an EVA kerbal to remove parts. If I remember correctly you would do so by right-clicking and selecting 'Open Inventory' and dragging the desired part out of the window.

There's also this mod which adds Extra-Planetary Launchpads function to stock parts. With it you can build and launch vessels saved in the VAB/SPH anywhere in the system. It also lets you refine the rocketparts from stock ore.
