is there a way to edit contracts?

I am currently sadden that even though I plan to land on the mun. Bothers me a bit that I wont get a reward. Maybe it will appear on first world record if Landing but I dont know. Just in case.

 

Is there a way I can manually add that contract via my savefile? If its possible, I would love to know.

Yeah with the debug menu/tool, ALT+F12.

I tried the debug ALT+F12 but it seems confusing on the conract menu. I want to add a specific contract, not random generated ones.
