force 1:1 physics time ratio mod

Is there a mod out there that stops physics time slow down so 1sec.=1sec.

Can someone point me to it.

Try setting your Max Physics Delta Time slider all the way to the left. It allows less time to physics calculations, so the in-game time is more proportional to real time, but at the cost of lower framerate and less accurate physics. If that's not enough, you can try messing with the PHYSICS_FRAME_DT_LIMIT in settings.cfg, although I wouldn't recommend it...
