Installing Unity 5

So with KSP 1.1 being fairly close I wanted to install Unity 5 and mess around a bit. Is it possible to have 2 versions of Unity installed on the same PC? I still want to make my own parts for my 1.0.5 install, so I don't want to uninstall Unity 4. Also, which version of Unity 5 should I use? I think I read somewhere that Squad is on 5.3.1. Is this the version I should install, or does it not matter as long as it is Unity 5?

multiple versions is no problem, just specify different install folder for Unity5; Any 5.x should be okay for making mods, really depends on which version Parttools plays best with, so best to go the same release as Squad.

I've been using Unity 5 the entire time.  It's worked perfectly fine.
