Keybinding for Mouse Lock

The back(?) slash locks the view orientation to the cursor.  I want to change that.  But I've looked and looked throught the keybindings and I can't find where that is set?  Maybe I'm spacing out (not pun intended) or something but any help on finding that would be great.

I haven't really used that so idk. Have you tried pressing the backslash again?

I'm not completely sure what is your problem,but you can remap keys either in game

or in settings.cfg

The problem is that I have gone to the settings panel and can't find where the key to cause the view angle to be locked to the cursor (the camera mouse toggle?) is listed.  Nor can I find any keybinding for the back slash key.  Since I can't find it, I can't change it.  Maybe I'll see if I want to try and edit it in the settings.cfg file, as you imply, though it would be nice if was in the settings panel.
