The ATD-X will make its maiden flight in a few weeks. Take a look at that interesting 3D TVC engine nozzle.

And the US produced about 40% of the F-2, so any tech developed from the F-3 would likely benefit American ventures (And if they refuse to transfer it to us like they did with the Aegis BMD upgrade program, the CIA can always steal technology... XD)
