Gravity Wave Observatory

Since Lilo just detected gravity waves there should be a celebratory mod to build one of the proposed gravity wave observatories, most proposals are just 3 satellites in a very similar orbit...

Something like LISA, it seems like a simple enough mod mostly just adding a mission for it and maybe some parts.

Anyway, would be useless as well. Some LF-rocket tanks would be much more... useful utilization of rescoures..

That would not give much to gameplay. It would be practically a three sat contracts maybe with some instrument and mouse clicking science.

It would work if there were for example extremely tight orbit tolerances and long term scientific experiment but there are not suitable maneuvering tools and science mechanics in KSP.

You could have a contract for 3 SATs and in addition to orbit their distance matters...

 

It does need to be a huge thing just a small one, less than asteroid day even. I just thought it'd be neat to mark this accomplishment.
