Quick question about display masses

I noticed an empty fuel tank claimed to have a dry mass of 0t when I left clicked on it in flight. So I went to the VAB and built a ship with only that part and no fuel or oxidizer.

The mass according to the VAB mass indicator: 0.8t

The empty mass according to the part file: 0.375t

When launched, the dry mass according to the left click on the pad: 0t

MechJeb reported mass: 0.375t in both the VAB and on the launch pad

 

So what does the game actually use? Is it really using the 0.375t mass?

 

Edit: OK, so this is definitely caused by mods. I had two mods that might be affecting this. I pulled them both out and the displayed values were fine. I will follow up.

The problem is related to Nertea's cryotanks mod. I'll take it up with him directly. Never mind!
