What sort of personalities do the orange-suits have?

So I'm working on a sort of mini-project, and in doing so I was wondering about what sort of personalities people think the four main kerbals, Jeb, Val, Bill, and Bob, have. 

Personally, I feel that Jeb is an accomplished and capable pilot, isn't scared of much unless it is overtly obviously life-threatening, and a bit of a jokester. Maybe he likes to show off a little. I think that Val might be the more businesslike side of test-piloting, and is just as capable but is down-to-Kerbin and professional about how she conducts flights. I think that Bob Kerman, as scientist, is not so much scared as excited about spaceflight, as he wants to study and make observations. Bob would be the most frightened out of the crew, as his engineering background suggests that he knows just how imprecise most kerbal rocket designs actually are.

So what do you think these brave explorers behave like?

Personally I would think it this way:

Jeb is quite capable and loves spaceflight, and as you said is a bit of a jokester, but isn't entirely insane.

To me, Val seems like the person who would do literally anything, and is probably a little bit crazy, being extremely talented and less worrysome even than Jeb

Bob as you said isn't scared of spaceflight, but is just a bit of a lightweight as far as G forces go.

And, as you said, Bill is actually scared of it and knows that there is a very high chance that on any given flight he could be killed.

My kerbals:

Jeb: Enthusiastic, reasonably sensible, but generally assumes that all planes can handle like fighter jets.

Val: Shy and quiet when not piloting something. Loud and excited when piloting something.

Bob: Does not like acceleration. Likes the concept of spaceflight, and likes being in orbit, but does not like the whole "launching up 70+ KM on top of a rickety firework" part.

Bill: Bill is disciplined, responsible, and does not trust anything he didn't make himself. Sometimes, he doesn't even trust the things he did make...

 jeb is a little different.. In that hes actually not a highly skilled pilot nor is he actually a pilot at all but rather hes the cleaner and part time caretaker of KSC

Jebs junkyard? Things hes found in a bad state in the rubbish bin skips and repaired.. Or repurposed.

Jeb kermin isnt jeb at all.. But rather nidorf kermin in a stolen spacesuit.

 

All.kerbals look the same KSP command knew no better..so off to space he went
