KSP has a bug regarding TGA textures. Whenever a TGA texture gets loaded the game's texture database can get corrupted, what can lead to texture errors as those you are seeing.

I'd search for TGA files in the GameData folder, and should there be any, either uninstall the respective mods, or try to convert the textures to a working format (PNG, or DDS). If you are lucky, the mod doesn't specify the file ending, and it'll simply work with the converted file.
