Can't update after reinstalling the game

Hey People, i've heard some amazing things about KSP 1.05 but I am somehow not given the "update" button from the launcher. I played KSP 0.90 modded and the game broke, I had to reinstall it. Now i am playing on 1.04 I think but I still don't get the Upgrade button in the Launch window ;( Does anyone have a solution on how to get the newer Versions? I would hug you

Since you've not mentioned Steam I'll assume you don't use Steam and bought KSP straight from the website.

If that's correct I only have one suggestion for you. DON'T use the launcher. It's pretty buggy and adds not but frustration. Instead download 1.0.5 manually from the website.

The launcher is indeed inoperative and has been for some time. Sorry for the confusion, but yes...you will have to download the updated version from where ever you purchased the game.
