Which mod is it that changes the Mk1-2 pod so that it is 4m instead of ~2m, and gives it descent mode etc?

In a RSS/RO/RP0 game I am having trouble with the centre of mass on the pod. Regardless of having "descent mode" off, the center of mass is always off. This doesn't happen for the other pods, and it doesn't happen in stock.
